Funeral will leave her home, 35 Cuan Avenue, Portaferry on Sunday 20th Feb. at 12.30pm to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 1pm which can be viewed live on St Patrick’s Ballyphilip Webcam. Oates, (Ballyhalbert formerly of Portavogie) Died 4th February 2022, peacefully at hospital. Ellen (Elsie) beloved wife of the late Eric, loving and devoted mother of Andrea and the late Mandy and much loved granny of Julie-Anne and her partner Davy, Andrew, Daniel, Darren and the late David, loving great-granny of wee Corey and a dear sister of Moore.
