McMaster (Ardkeen, Newtownards) Died 10th October 2020, peacefully at Nursing Home. Hugh, dearly beloved husband of Annie, loving and devoted father of John, James, David, Olive and Alan, dear father-in-law of Elizabeth, Lynn, Anne, Raymond and Martine, much loved granda of Jonathan, Gavin, Heather, Lisa, Debbie, Sara, Caley, Philip, Rosemary, Adam and Robert and a dear great granda and great great granda, late of Tullycross Road, Ardkeen. In line with current Covid-19 guidelines, a private funeral service, restricted to family only, will be held on Tuesday 13th October in John Smiths’ Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry followed by the funeral cortege leaving at 12.30pm  via Deerpark Road, Loughdoo Road, Ballygela Road, Tullycross Road and Dunevly Road, arriving at Ballymanish Cemetery at approximately 1pm.  Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Quarter Church Fund c/o John Smith Funeral Directors. Dorrian nee Smyth, (Ballygalget ) died 8th October 2020, peacefully at hospital. Pauline, dearly loved and devoted wife of Hugh, loving mother of Fionnbarr, Conor, Orla, Declan, Emmett and Garrett, dear sister of Moyra, Willy, Deirdre and the late Jean, Joe, Myrta and Ethna, much loved grandmother to Caolán, Tiarna, Oisín, Ruirai, Saoirse, Hugh, Niamh, Bronagh, Oran, Keera, Aileen, Michael, Eoin, Caoimhe, Cliodhna, Aaron, Darragh, Ita, Moya and Laoise. Mother in law to Rebecca, Sheila, Noreen, Karen and Sara.

McDowell, (Cloughey) died 3rd October 2020, peacefully at hospital. Ian, dearly loved son of the late Annie and Robert McDowell and dear brother of the late James. A private family service will be held on Wednesday (7th Oct.) at 11am in John Smiths’ Funeral Home, Portaferry and afterwards the cortege will pass through Main Road, Cloughey at approximately 11.30am on its way to Kirkistown Cemetery. In accordance with current guidelines the burial will be restricted to family and friends only and social distancing measures should be adhered to. Ross, (Portaferry) Died 26th September 2020, peacefully at hospital. David, dearly loved husband of the late May, loving father of Mari and Mark, much loved grandfather of Brendan, Michael and Meibh,  dear father-in-law of Peter and a dear uncle. R.I.P. McBride, nee Savage (Greyabbey) The death has occurred of Mary McBride formerly of Islandview Road, Greyabbey and Ballygelagh, Co Down, on 20th September 2020, peacefully in the care of the staff of Bangor Care Home, Mary pre-deceased by her loving husband Jim Deeply regretted by her daughter Geraldine, son Gerry, daughter-in-law Eileen and sister Margaret (Savage) Fondly remembered always by her grandchildren Mollie and Jamie, nieces, nephews, family circle, friends and neighbours.
