Cunningham (Kircubbin) Died 11th May 2020, peacefully at his home 36 Cooks Brae, Kircubbin. Philip, dearly loved husband of Ruth, loving and devoted father of Jim, Sheena and Tara, dear father-in-law of Pamela, Sandy and Neil, much loved Granda of Tamara, Scott, Jessica, Sarah, Abbie and Kailey and Great-Granda to Logan.

In line with current guidance, the home and funeral will be strictly private.

Philip’s cortege will pass his home on Wednesday at 11.45am, throught Main Street, The Green, and Tubber Road (Scutchers Row)  to a private family committal in Kircubbin Cemetery.

Family flowers only donations if desired, made payable to Macmillan N.I. c/o John Smith Funeral Directors. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by all his family.

Magennis (Kircubbin). Died 3rd May 2020, peacefully at her home, 75A Shore Road, Kircubbin. Vera, beloved wife of John, loving and devoted mother of Kevin, Eamonn, Geraldine and Brian, dear mother-in-law of Paul and Deborah and much loved granny of Callum, Ross, Christopher, Paul and Connor.  Vera’s cortege will pass her home in Kircubbin at 11.45am, on Tuesday 5th May, through Main Street, Rowreagh Road, Gransha Road and Blackstaff Road on its way for private family committal. In line with current guidance, the home and funeral will be strictly private. Family flowers only donations if desired, made payable to Chest, Heart and Stroke Association c/o John Smith Funeral Directors. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Strong (Portaferry, formerly Belfast) Died 1st May 2020, peacefully at her sister Kathleen’s (Gilmore) home, Cloughey Road, Portaferry. Maureen, dearly beloved daughter of the late Charles and Mary Strong, loving sister of Kathleen, Oonagh and the late Rita, Phyllis, Bernie and Charlie, dear sister-in-law of Gemma and a dear aunt and great-aunt.

Died 26th April 2020, peacefully at hospital.  Sean, dearly beloved son of the late William John and Una, dear partner of Anne, devoted brother of Marie, Elizabeth and Nuala, brother-in-law of James, Sammy and the late Gerry, loving uncle of Melanie, Nicola, Gary, Una, David and Mark, much loved great uncle of Stephen, Brian, Heather, Rose, Emma, Chloe, Erin and Cara and great, great uncle of Caitlin and Jake. Moffett, Francis George (Portavogie) Died 22nd April 2020, peacefully at hospital. Husband of Wilma, devoted father of Francie, much loved granda of Zech and a dear brother and uncle. His funeral cortege will pass by his home, Lawson Avenue, Portavogie on Saturday (25th) at 10.45am before continuing on to the family burial ground for a private committal. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

McGrattan (Portaferry) died peacefully on 17th April 2020.  Vera, beloved wife of the late Tom, devoted mother of Louise, Clare, Angela, Gerard, Laura and Martine, dear mother-in-law of Jessie, Sammy, Kevin, Kathy, Paddy and James, much loved granny of Nathan, Rebecca, Adam, Leah, Erin, Gerra, Tom, Conaire, Anna, Noah, Joel and Jared and dearly loved sister of Eilish, Bernadette, Wilma, Imelda, Donna, Seamus, Francis, Patrick, David, Paul and the late Bridie, R.I.P.
