Ryan (Portaferry) Died 11th October 2021. Suddenly. Peter beloved son of the late Theresa and Hugh Ryan, loving and devoted brother of Maria, Catherine, Geraldine, Brendan and Irene, dear brother-in-law of Gerard, Bill, Des and Peter and a dear uncle, great uncle and great great uncle. His remains will repose in John Smith’s Funeral home, 91a High Street, Portaferry from 3pm until 5pm on Thursday (14th Oct.) and from 10am until 5pm on Friday (viewing strictly by appointment -phone 02842728379). The funeral cortege will leave the Funeral Parlour on Saturday at 11.30am to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip, via High Street, Ashmount Drive, Steele Dickson Avenue and Shore Road, for Requiem Mass at 12noon, Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. For those unable to attend the Mass, viewing is possible on St Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip webcam.
