Maureen Strong (Portaferry)
Strong (Portaferry, formerly Belfast) Died 1st May 2020, peacefully at her sister Kathleen’s (Gilmore) home, Cloughey Road, Portaferry. Maureen, dearly beloved daughter of the late Charles and Mary Strong, loving sister of Kathleen, Oonagh and the late Rita, Phyllis, Bernie and Charlie, dear sister-in-law of Gemma and a dear aunt and great-aunt.
In line with current guidance the House, funeral and burial will be strictly private.

After the Mass, at approximately 12.15pm., Maureen’s cortege will leave John Smith’s Funeral Home, Portaferry to St Patrick’s graveyard, via High Street and Ballyphilip Road for committal in family plot. Donations if desired made payable to Dementia N.I.. c/o John Smith Funeral Directors. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Lovingly remember and will be sadly missed by all her family
