Noel, beloved husband of the late Cushla, devoted father of Siobhan, Killian, Helen and Kyra, dear father-in-law of Andrew, Rona, Neil and Paul, much loved grandfather, dear brother of Tom and the late Dick, Madeline, Denise, Ellen, Mary and Peggy. RIP. Noel’s remains will be reposing in his home 17a Barr Hall Road, Portaferry on Tuesday from 10am to 9pm. Funeral leaving his home on Wednesday 16th May at 10.30am for Requiem Mass in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip, Portaferry at 11am.
