Drysdale, Margaret Elizabeth (Betty). Died 8th May 2017, peacefully at Croagh Patrick Nursing Home and late of 116A Main Road, Cloughey. Dearly beloved wife of the late William, much loved mother of Pamela and June, mother-in-law of Colin and Stephen and grandmother of Janelle, Shannon, Sarah-Jayne and Lauren. Funeral Service on Thursday (11th May) at 1pm in Cloughey Presbyterian Church and afterwards to Kirkistown Cemetery. Faye nee McCarthy (Conlig, formerly of Kircubbin). Died 5th May 2017, suddenly at hospital. Geraldine, dearly loved partner of Maurice, loving and devoted mother of Danielle, Samantha and Yasmin, dear mother-in-law of Stephen, Neil and Scott, much loved granny of Declan, Conor, Beth, Gregory, Conal and Amy, loving daughter of Elizabeth and the late Don and dear sister of Mary, Dorothy, John, Declan, Shona, Ronan and the late Eamon. R.I.P. Her remains will leave her daughter Danielle’s home, 21 Castle Meadow Road, Cloughey on Tuesday (9th May) at 11.30am to Mt St Joseph’s Church, Ballycran for Prayer Service at 12 noon and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium for private committal. Watson (Cloughey) Died 3rd May 2017 peacefully at hospital. Liam, dearly loved husband of Pat, loving and devoted father of John Paul, Jane, William, Owen and Gregory a dear father-in-law to Rhonda, Kirk, Joanne, Melanie and Mary and much loved granda to Erin, Lauren, Owen, Anna, Ellen, Katie, Meghan, Oliver, Charlie, Gabriella, Ruby and the late Amy Beth RIP. Funeral from his residence 9 Portaferry Road, Cloughey on Saturday 6th May at 10:30am to St Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11:00 am. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. Savage (Kircubbin) Died 24th April 2017. Peacefully at her home. Her remains will leave her late home, 11 Ballygela Road, Ardkeen Thursday (27th April) at 10.30am to Mt St Joseph’s Church, Ballycran for Requiem Mass at 11am. and interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. St Martin pray for her. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her loving family.

Smyth (Portaferry) Died 17th April 2017 suddenly at his home, Loughshore Road, Portaferry. John, dearly loved husband of Rosaleen, loving and devoted father of Laura, Shane and Judy, much loved granda of Saul and Kacey and dear father-in-law of Andy and also Gavin. John’s remains will repose in John Smith’s Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry from 10am on Thursday (20th) Funeral on Saturday 22nd April leaving the funeral home at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church Ballyphilip. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. On his soul sweet Jesus have mercy. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by his loving family and his sisters Anne, Jane and Joey.
