Suddenly.  dearly loved son of the late Tom and Margaret and dear brother of Paddy, Carol, Terry, Nicky and Peter and formerly of Kircubbin. His remains will leave John Smith’s Funeral Home, Portaferry on Monday (28th Sept) at 11.30am to Mt St Joseph’s Graveyard, Ballycran for Committal.  Deeply regretted by all his family and friends. At Rest.

Johnston, Dorothy. Died 25th September 2015. Peacefully at Marie Curie Hospice, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved wife of Eric, much loved mother of Philip, Alana, Erica and Justine, dear mother-in-law of Sophie, loving granny to Kai and Willow, devoted daughter of Sybil and the late Alan Warnock, much loved sister of Sharon and Herbert and late of 6c Cloughey Road, Portavogie. Funeral from her home Tuesday 29th September at 11:30am to New Road Gospel Hall, Portavogie, for Service at 12noon. Funeral Afterwards to Kirkistown Cemetery. Donations if desired to Marie Curie Hospice c/o John Smith Funeral Directors, 91a High Street, Portaferry.  Very deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her loving family.

McCarthy, (Portaferry), Died 23rd September 2015, Peacefully.  Pauline, beloved wife of the late Johnny, devoted mother of Clara, Terence, Tony and the late Brian, dear mother-in-law of Kenny, Liz, Christine and Stephanie and much loved Granny and Great Granny R.I.P.  Her remains will leave her Son Tony’s home, 3A Millin Bay Road, Portaferry, Friday 25th September 2015 at 11.30 am to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard.  Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul.  Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by all her loving family and family circle.

McGrattan, (Portaferry). Died 18th September 2015. Suddenly at home, 42 Deerpark Road, Portaferry. William Joseph (Willie) beloved son of the late John and Sadie, (58, Beechfield St.), dear father of William, Tony and Shauna, loving granda to Jordan, Ross, Jessica, Lindsay-Jane, Antonia and Anton and darling brother of Sean, Geraldine, Phyllis and Sheila. Willie’s remains will leave his sister Shelia’s home 14 Ladybrooke Avenue, Belfast on Wednesday 23rd September at 9:15am to St. Matthew’s Church, Bryson Street, Newtownards Road for Requiem Mass at 10am.  Funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Graveyard, Ballyphilip, Portaferry arriving approx. 12 noon.  St Joseph pray for him. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing son William grandchildren, brother, sisters, sister-in-law Eileen, brothers-in-law Gerard and Rea, nephews, nieces, great-nephews, great-nieces and entire family circle, at home and in Boston U.S.A.
