Reilly, Sam (Portaferry) originally from Belfast and subsequently Bangor. Died 15th November 2023, peacefully at home after a short illness, bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family. Dearly loved husband of Una and devoted father of Christopher, Sam and Kate, father-in-law to Sofia, Donna and Alan and much loved Granda to Maddie, Thea, Arthur, Ben, Albert and Ted. A celebration of his life will be held at 2pm on Saturday 18th November in Portaferry Presbyterian Church, The Portico, Portaferry followed by a private committal in Roselawn crematorium. Sam will repose at his home 15 The Strand, Portaferry between 2pm-5pm on Thursday 16th and Friday 17th. Family home private at all other times. Murray (Kircubbin) Died 8th November 2023, peacefully at hospital. Margaret beloved wife of John, dearly loved mother of John Henry, Margaret, Hugh, Mary Bridget and the late Baby Bridget much loved granny of Benjamin, Murray, Daisy and the late Lily-Mae and a dear mother-in-law and sister.

Margaret’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home on Thursday 9th November from 6pm-8pm and Friday 10th November 10am-12noon, 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. Funeral will leave the funeral home on Saturday 11th November at 1.15pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballycranbeg for Requiem Mass at 2pm followed by burial in adjoining cemetery.
