Hinds (Ardkeen). Died 19th October 2023, peacefully at nursing home. Mary, beloved wife of the late Eddie, devoted mother of Eamonn, Anne, Justina, Paula, Lucy and Imelda, dear mother-in-law of Christina, Nathan and Ian, cherished granny of Eamonn, Rachael, Jodie, Chrisopher, Saoirse, Patrick, Matthew, Noah, Lydia, Siofra, Alfie and a much loved great-granny.

Funeral will leave her home 10 Loughdoo Road, Ardkeen on Saturday 21st October at 10.30am to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.

John Sloan (Jack), 18th October 2023, passed peacefully.  Beloved husband of Eleanor, much loved father of Heather, Mandy, John, George and Robert and much loved, father-in-law, granda and great-granda.

Funeral Service in Trinity Free Presbyterian Church, Portavogie on Monday 23rd October at 11.30am followed by burial in Kirkistown Cemetery at 1pm.

Egan (Kircubbin) Died 17th October 2023, peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family. Dawn, devoted wife of Mark, dearly loved mother of Patrick, Mark Jn, Christopher and Catriona, cherished granny of Zach, Michael, Ryan and Caodhan, beloved daughter of Kathleen and the late Jack and a dear sister of James, Jacqui and Nicola.

Dawn’s remains will be reposing in her home, 95 Ballygelagh Road, Kircubbin from 10am on Wednesday 18th October (parking available at 1/4 gym and swim). Funeral will leave the home on Friday 20th October at 12.30pm to St. Joseph’s Church Ballycranbeg for Requiem Mass at 1pm followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.

Winty’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home, 89a High Street, Portaferry on Tuesday 3rd October from 10am -12noon, 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm. Funeral Service on Wednesday 4th October at 11am in Trinity Presbyterian Church, Cloughey followed by committal in Kirkistown Cemetery at 12 noon.

Geraldine’s remains will be reposing in her home 43b Rubane Road, Kircubbin from 2pm today (Wednesday). Funeral will leave her home at 11.15am on Saturday 30th September to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church Ballycranbeg for Requiem Mass at 12noon followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
