Gerry beloved husband of the late Eileen, devoted father of Mary, Geraldine, Conleth, Áine, Fintan and Dermot, dear father-in-law of Kevin, Brian, Marie, Simon, Frances and Carmel, much loved grandfather of Christy, Eamon, Niall, Conall, Conleth, Rebecca, Ciaran, Darren, Denise, Aiobheann, Ruaidhrí, Eanán, Aoife, Seán, Carrie, Abaigéal, Eíleanóir and the late baby Matthew, a great grandfather and a dear brother of Phil, Des and the late Joe, Michael, Barney, Peter and baby Rosina.
Gerry’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home Tuesday 3rd 6.00 – 8.00, Wednesday 4th 10.00 – 12.00, 2.00 – 4.00 and 6.00 – 8.00. Funeral will leave the funeral home on Thursday 5th at 11.30am to St. Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 12noon followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Patrick (Pat), dearly loved husband of Margaret, loving and devoted father of Carol, dear father-in-law of James, much loved granda of Sean, Conor, Louise, Hannah and Sarah and dear brother of Seamus and the late John, Meg and Mary. His remains will repose in John Smiths Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry from Friday (30th Dec.) viewing at 10am-12noon, 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm, His remains will leave on Saturday at 10.30am, passing his late residence, 40 Tullymally Road, Portaferry, to St. Patrick’s Church Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. Family flowers only, donations if desired made payable to N.I.C.H.S. (Chest, Heart & Stroke) c/o John Smith Funeral Directors.
