Coulter, Sean (Kircubbin) Died 10th April 2022, at his home 4 Gransha Road, Kircubbin. Dearly loved husband of the late Sadie, loving father of Sean and Áine, dear father-in-law of Maura and much loved granda of Ruairi, Molly and Ceara. Sean’s remains will repose in his home from 5pm Monday 11th April (private to family, close friends and neighbours), until his removal on Wednesday 13th April at 10.30am to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballycran for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. Donations if desired to Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis c/o John Smith Funeral Directors, 91a High Street, Portaferry. Our Lady of Knock pray for him. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by all his family and extended family circle.

Murray, Mae (nee Gilmore) (Portaferry) died 6 April 2022 peacefully in hospital surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Harry, loving mother of Ann, John, Peter, Declan and the late baby John. Much loved by spouses and partners, Michael, Margaret, Jackie and Charleen. Cherished Granny to John Henry, Margaret, Hugh, Mary Bridget, Shannon, Daniel, Erin, Niall and dear great granny to Benjamin and Murray.

Family house strictly private. Mae’s remains will repose in John Smith’s Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry on Friday 8 April from 2pm-4pm and 6pm-8pm and Saturday 9 April from 12 noon – 3.00pm.

The cortege will leave the funeral home on Sunday 10 April 2022 at 10.30am via Marian Way and Ballyphilip Road for Requiem Mass at 11.00am in St Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip, followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. Dearly loved husband of Sarah (Cissie), loving father of Myrtle, Ashley, Margaret and Grace, dear father-in-law of Clifford, Pamela, Mark and Rodney, much loved granda of Jonathan, Deborah, Natasha, Jessica, William, Connor, Callum, Corry, Daniel, Lee, Matthew and Benjamin, great grandfather of Naomi and Jonah and dear brother of Margaret, Beryl, Walter and the late Derrick and Annette. His funeral will depart from his home, 11 Cloughey Road, Portavogie, on Saturday at 10.00am to Christ Church, The Quarter via New Harbour Road and New Road for Service of Thanksgiving at 11am, followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and extended family circle.

English (Kircubbin) Died 28th March 2022, peacefully at hospital. Thomas William (Tony) dearly beloved son of the late Thomas and Jean.
The funeral will proceed down Boyd Avenue and Church Avenue, Kircubbin, past his late residence, at approximately 10.45am on Friday 1st April to Kircubbin Presbyterian Cemetery for a Service of committal at 11am.
Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by the extended family circle. “At Rest.”

Hugh James, dearly loved husband of Anna, loving and devoted father of Pauline, Hugh and Kieran, dear father-in-law of June, Pauline and Danny, much loved granda of Ronan, Niall, Kevin, Christine, Laura, Sean, Brendan and Daniel and great granda of Eve, Dylan and Maddie. In line with covid 19 guidelines the Home will be private, for family and close friends. Hugh’s remains will leave his home, 32 Mill Lane, Cloughey on Sunday at 11am to St Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11.30am. interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. For anyone unable to attend, the service can be viewed live on the Ballygalget Parish webcam. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
