Mawhinney, (Kircubbin) died 26th September 2021, peacefully at his home, 96 Shore Road, Kircubbin. Hugh, dearly loved husband of Nell, loving and devoted father of Bill and Jimmy, dear father-in-law of Michele, much loved grandfather of Hannah, Chloe and Sophie and great grandfather of Ethan, Samuel and Norah. A family Service will be held on Wednesday 29th September in John Smiths’ Funeral Home, Portaferry followed by burial in Kircubbin Presbyterian Churchyard, arriving at 12 noon approx.. McGrattan (Ballygalget). 17th September 2021. Michael died at home. Beloved son of Eamonn and the late Geraldine, much loved brother of Kellie and Claire, dear brother-in-law of Barry and Philip and much loved uncle of Niamh, Roisin, Sophia and Conor.
Michael’s remains will be reposing at his home 20 Tullymally Road, Portaferry until his removal on Monday, 20th September at 10.30am to St. Patrick’s Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
