Mawhinney, (Kircubbin) died 26th September 2021, peacefully at his home, 96 Shore Road, Kircubbin. Hugh, dearly loved husband of Nell, loving and devoted father of Bill and Jimmy, dear father-in-law of Michele, much loved grandfather of Hannah, Chloe and Sophie and great grandfather of Ethan, Samuel and Norah. A family Service will be held on Wednesday 29th September in John Smiths’ Funeral Home, Portaferry followed by burial in Kircubbin Presbyterian Churchyard, arriving at 12 noon approx.. Family flowers only, donations if desired to N.I. Chest, Heart & Stroke c/o John Smith Funeral Directors, 91a High Street, Portaferry. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by his wife, sons and extended family circle.

McGrattan (Ballygalget). 17th September 2021. Michael died at home. Beloved son of Eamonn and the late Geraldine, much loved brother of Kellie and Claire, dear brother-in-law of Barry and Philip and much loved uncle of Niamh, Roisin, Sophia and Conor.
Michael’s remains will be reposing at his home 20 Tullymally Road, Portaferry until his removal on Monday, 20th September at 10.30am to St. Patrick’s Ballygalget for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard. For anyone unable to attend the Mass it may be viewed on St Patrick’s Church, Ballygalget webcam. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to NI Chest, Heart and Stroke.
Sacred heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Saint André Bessette pray for him and all with learning disabilities. Lovingly remembered and will be sadly missed by his sorrowing family circle. RIP

Sarah (Sally), beloved wife of the late Billy, devoted mother of Kieran, Siobhan, Adrian and the late Damien, dear mother-in-law of Marie, Matt and Debbie, much loved granny of Claire, Conor, Glenn, Lauren, Liam, Victoria and Blaine and a dear great-granny. Sally’s remains will leave John Smith’s Funeral Home, Portaferry on Saturday at 10.30am to St Patrick’s Church, via Ashmount Drive, Steele Dickson Avenue and Shore Road to St Patrick’s Church Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.
