McClelland, (formerly Ballywalter and Larne) Died 24th May 2024, peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family. Maud (previously Smyth) dear partner of the late Edward Smyth, devoted mother of Terence, Maurice and Mavis (Breen), mother-in-law of Marilyn, Dermot and the late Geraldine, much loved grandmother of Wayne, Nadean, Sarah, Janine, Gareth, Leanne, Tara, Connor, Darren, Kyla, Christopher and Keisha and a great grandmother and great-great grandmother. Funeral Service on Thursday 6th June at 11am in Holy Trinity Church, Ballywalter followed by burial in Whitechurch Cemetery.

LONG (Greyabbey) Died 29th May 2024 peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Rosilyn, loving and devoted wife of Joseph, dearly loved mother of Stuart, Samuel and Gareth, dear mother-in-law of Clare, Jacqueline and Christine, much loved granny of Daniel, Amy, Eden, Cohen and Oscar and loving sister of Yvette, Denis, Paul, Kim and the late James.

Rosilyn’s remains will be reposing at her home, 58 Cuan Gardens, Greyabbey from Saturday 1st June until Tuesday 4th June. Everyone is welcome from 10am to 8pm.
Funeral will leave the home on Wednesday 5th June at 10.15am to St. Saviour’s Church, Greyabbey for Service at 11am followed by burial in Greyabbey Cemetery.

Finnegan (Kircubbin) Died 15th May 2024, peacefully at hospital. John Joseph (Joe), devoted husband of Nannie, dearly loved father of Jarlath and Vincent, dear father-in-law of Ellen and Caroline and a much loved granda.

Joe’s remains will be reposing in John Smith Funeral Home on Friday 17th May from 10am-12 noon and 2pm – 5pm. The funeral will then leave the funeral home at 5pm to St. Joseph’s Church, Ballycranbeg to repose overnight. Requiem Mass on Saturday 18th May at 11am followed by burial in adjoining graveyard.

Montgomery, Rev. Dr. Jenny (Ardkeen) Died 1st May 2024, peacefully at hospital after a short final illness. Devoted and dearly loved wife of Mike, loving sister of Paul, dear sister-in-law of Esther, Mary and Geoff, a dearly loved aunt and cousin and a dear friend to many in Portaferry and all over.

Funeral service will be held on Tuesday 7th May at 10.30am in St. Cooey’s Oratory, The Square, Portaferry.
