Brown. Joyce. Died peacefully at her home, Bankmore, Portaferry on 12th February 2018. Dearly loved wife of the late Dickie, devoted mother of Richie, Fraser and Karen and much loved grandmother. Keating. Died 11th February 2018. Cowie, dearly loved uncle of Eugene and late of 92 Ballygelagh Road, Kircubbin. R.I.P. Smyth (Portaferry) Died 10th February 2018, suddenly at hospital. Rosaleen, R.I.P. dearly loved wife of the late John, loving and devoted mother of Laura, Shane and Judy, much loved granny of Saul and Kacey and dear mother-in-law of Andy and also Gavin. Rosaleen’s remains will repose in John Smith’s Funeral Home, 91a High Street, Portaferry from 2pm on Sunday (11th) Funeral on Tuesday 13th Feb. leaving the funeral home at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church Ballyphilip. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. On her soul sweet Jesus have mercy. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her loving family and her sisters Mary, Maureen and Nora.

Moreland (Portaferry). Died 7th February 2018, peacefully. Cathleen R.I.P., dearly loved wife of the late Patsy, loving and devoted mother of John, Elizabeth, Brendan, Paula, Marianne, Danny and the late Maria and Peter and much loved granny and great-granny. Her remains will leave her home, 4 Windmill Hill, Portaferry on Friday at 10.15am to St Patrick’s Church, Ballyphilip for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted and will be sadly missed by her sorrowing family and the extended family circle.

Swail (Kircubbin, formerly Strangford). Died 23rd January 2018, peacefully at nursing home. Mary, beloved wife of the late Christopher and dear sister of Kathleen (Braniff).

Her remains will leave her sisters home, 2A Coulters Hill, Kircubbin on Thursday (25th Jan.) at 10.30am to St. Mary Star of the Sea Church, Nunsquarter for Requiem Mass at 11am. Interment afterwards in St. Malachy’s graveyard, Kilclief, arriving approx. 1pm.

Aidan, R.I.P. loving husband of Anna, much loved father of Roslyn and Donal, devoted son of Joey and Patsy, dear brother of Kathleen, Mary Jo and Stephen, brother-in-law of Paddy, Sharon, Brid, Peggy, Michael, Francis and Mary, loving nephew of May and a dear uncle and cousin. His funeral will leave his home on Saturday at 1pm to Church of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Carryduff for Requiem Mass at 1.30pm. Interment afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
